Grassroots Psychiatric and Mental Health Clinic
Grassroot psychiatric and mental health clinics provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and the elderly population (ages 6 and up). Our team of providers consists of a board certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner and collaborative healthcare professionals who are all board certified. We conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications and together with our patients evaluate treatment results.
Our goal is to walk with you through your mental health journey and ensure that you are never alone.
Our mission is to provide an atmosphere where our clients are lead through a journey of mental well-being from the lowest point in life to the highest with holistic treatment, through integrated psychiatric practice, and appropriate medication management.
