Martina Onah Ezigbo (PMHNP-BC) is a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse practitioner, and licensed in Texas, Colorado, California and New York. She graduated from Walden University in 2022., Southern New Hampshire University IN 2018, and Platt College in 2011. Martina’s Clinical Career has seen her provide for patients in various clinical settings ranging from skilled Nursing facilities, inpatient acute care hospital, Rehabilitation services as well as home health care services. She worked in an out-patient mental health clinic, providing mental health services for children (ages 6-17) mostly, adolescents and the adult population.

Martina also worked at long term care facilities, providing mental health services to the geriatric population. She loves working with all patient populations and helping them and their families achieve their health care goals and attain their maximum potential. Martina is experienced and knowledgeable in providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management. She uses the most sympathetic and empathetic approaches in treating and meeting the needs of her patients, bearing in mind that wellness is ultimate, and works with them from their lowest to achieve the highest point in life.
